Data Sources and Editorial Methodology

ApexSeasons is a fan-made reference and calculator site. We expose the source, assumptions, and verification date behind information that can change between Apex Legends seasons.

Official sources

Season timing, patch changes, ranked announcements, events, and battle pass details are checked against EA and Respawn pages first. Community references are used only for cross-checking historical information or values not published in a durable official table.

Verification dates

Time-sensitive tools display a last-verified date. A date means the underlying inputs and visible explanation were reviewed, not merely that the website was rebuilt.

Calculations

Calculator pages publish their formulas, assumptions, example scenarios, and known limitations. Deterministic outputs can be checked manually; probability estimates are labeled as estimates rather than guarantees.

Corrections

When an official announcement changes a date or value, the affected season page, tool data, source note, and verification date are updated together. Sitemap modification dates are only emitted for pages with a known substantive update date.

Publishing workflow

Season launches, ranked splits, collection events, and balance patches are targeted for review within 24 hours of an official announcement. Relevant calculators and internal links are reviewed in the same update.
